U prošlom postu (OVDE), započeli smo priču o tome šta nas to očekuje u predstojećoj sezoni jesen/zima 2011/2012. Sada tu priču nastavljamo i ubacujemo još pet novih trendova.

In a previous post (HERE), we started talking about what we expect in the coming Fall/ Winter 2011/2012 collections. Now we continue the story and puts five more new trends.

6. Srednje i duge suknje

Može se reći da su kratke suknje uvek u modi, pogotovo kod mlađe populacije. Međutim u sezoni jesen/zima 2011/2012 kreatori su rešili da taj trend malo promene. Zato su se oni odlučili za srednje i duge suknje. Neki će možda reći da duge stvari nisu sexy, ali ne mora da znači. Suknje srednje dužine ili duge haljine mogu biti veoma sexy, pogotova ako se mi tako osećamo u njima.

6. Midi and Maxi skirts

Miniskirts are always popular, especially with teenagers. But for Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 you better embrace the longer length skirts. These can look as sexy as minis because your sex appeal depends on how you wear your clothes, not the type of clothing you wear.

7. Printevi

Kombinacije printeva u sezoni jesen/zima 2011/2012 su ogromne. Sitne tufnice u Gucci kolekciji, razbijeno staklo u kolekciji Stelle McCartney, barokni stil kod Jonathan Saundesa, Versace = cveće, Miu Miu = prolećno cveće, Giambattista Valli = fotografije cveća.Kao što sam rekla printeva milion...

7. Prints

The variety of prints in Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 collections is huge: from tiny polka dots in Gucci and broken glass in Stella McCartney to girly paisley in Anna Sui and bold flowers in Versace. There are also baroque prints in Jonathan Saunders, photographic flowers at Giambattist Valli, Miu Miu’s glittering spring flowers, enlarged feathers at Ungaro, panthers in Givenchy’s, and plenty of other prints in other designer collections. You just need to understand what print you want because you can have everything.

8. Karneri i detalji

Iako se većina dizajnera odlučila da prati trend muške linije u ženskim kolekcijama, ipak je bilo i onih dizajnera koji su bili spremni da sačuvaju liniju ženstvenosti. To je odlična ves za devojke koje ne žele da se transformišu u jake i hrabre muškarce, već žele da ostanu krhke žene. Karneri, suvišni detalji, zanimljivi vezovi su sigurno ono što će svaki izgled učiniti romantičnim i ženstvenim. Ove karnere i detalje najbolje možemo uočiti u Valentino, Oscar de la Renta i Christian Dior kolekcijama za jesen/zimu 2011/2012.

8. Pleats and Frills

While gender play trend is going forward at a steady gait some designers think femininity should be preserved. It’s the greatest news for those girls who don’t want to transform into strong and courageous men and prefer to remain fragile women. Pleats, frills, cute rosettes and lovely embroidery help us look romantic. Prettiest pleats can be found in Valentino, Oscar de la Renta and Christian Dior Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 collections.

9. Zoologija

Pored animal printeva, kao što su leopard i zmijski print, na koje smo se već navikli jer ih dizajneri koriste gotovo svake sezone, u sezoni jesen/zima 2011/2012 možemo videti i puno perja, divljih šara, kao i kapa u obliku lavova i pantera.

Besides zoological prints, like leopard and python, to which we have already got accustomed due to the fact every single season designers use these in their creations, in Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 ranges we see lots of feathers, wild animals printed on fabric, hats in shape of lions and panther.

10. Štrikani džemperi

Kada se govori o sezoni jesen/zima, teško je a ne pomisliti na hladno vreme. Zbog toga, trend štrikanih džempera i ne iznenađuje. U sezoni jesen/zima 2011/2012 kreatori su u svojim kolekcijama veoma često koristili štrikane džempere, a na prvom mesto po pitanju ovog trenda treba istaći Missoni.

10. Chunky Knit Sweater

Fall and winter are cold seasons, so there is no wonder why designers have included warm chunky sweaters into their collections. Missoni is the main producer of knitted sweaters. You can see a great variety of knitted items in their Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 line.

Leto nam još uvek traje, ali polako dolazi vreme da se upoznamo sa tim šta su nam to kreatori pripremili novo za sezonu jesen/zima 2011/2012. Koji su to trendovi koji će nas dočekati za koji mesec? Kako se ne bismo iznenadili, predstavicu vam neke od tih trendova.

For Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 fashion designers have offered us a variety of trends. Some are new and crazy and others are those we have already got accustomed to. Here is the list:

1. Poput muškaraca

Poslednjih godina ravnopravnost muškaraca i žena se sve više izjednačava, a kako bi se to prikazalo i kroz modu, dizajneri su za predstojeću sezonu jesen/zima pripremili ženama odela, sakoe, čizme, kape i kačkete.

1. Like Men

The whole world seems to be changing. Men become more like women and women strive to look and act like men. Fashion just can’t stay aside of this global trend. And as a result we see mannish shirts, suits, boots, and hats.

2. Jarke boje

Uglavnom kreatori za hladnije vreme biraju boje poput braon, crne, maslinasto zelene, krem ili tamno ljubičaste. Međutim u sezoni jesen/zima trend jarkih boja se nastavlja - žuta, narandžasta, plava, crvena i dalje će biti prisutne.

2. Bright Colors

For colder seasons designers normally prefer using neutral or reserved colors like black, brown, navy, cream, dark violet, etc. However, Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 collections abound in brighter hues like crimson, neon orange, purple, sky blue and others.

3. U stilu Lady Gage

Ovaj trend je iznenadio skoro sve. Čudni i pomalo bizerni detalji mogli su se videti na revijama Marc Jacobs-a, Louis Vuitton-a, Givenchy-a.

3. Like Lady Gaga

This trend has come very unexpected. The most surprising thing is that so many designers have taken it so seriously.

4. Kombinacije materijala

U sezoni jesen/zima 2011/2012 dozvoljeno je kombinovati materijale i one koji idu zajedno i one koji na prvi pogled i nisu baš savršeni sklop. Koža, krzno, plastika, vuna, pamuk... sve se meša.

4. Texture Overload

Everything is mixed in Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 collections. Silk comes along with fur and knitwear, sequins and leather make a perfect combination and even plastic goes well with chiffon and wool. Sounds crazy? It does. And it does look a bit crazy, too.

5. Elegancija 40-tih

Elegancija 40-tih je veliki trend u sezoni jesen/zima, koja nam je tu pred vratima. Ovaj trend najbolje su predstavili Gucci, Miu Miu, John Galliano, Jonathan Saunders.

5. 40s Elegance

In Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 40s elegance is again a hot trend. The best approach to reinvent this fashion era has been realized by Gucci, John Galliano, Miu Miu, and Jonathan Saunders.
