Kapri torta

Juče sam bila vredna i zanimala sam se pravljenjem jedne prelepe torte koja je savršena za sve ljubitelje jagoda, a pogotovo ljubitelje Kapri sladoleda.


Kapri torta

Potrebno:
- veća kutija piškota 
- 200 ml mleka za umakanje piškota

I fil:
- 500 gr jagoda
- 150 gr šećera
- 2 kašike gustina
- 100 ml vode

II fil:
- 200 gr čokolade za kuvanje
- 100 gr maslaca

III fil:
- 800 ml mleka
- 2 pudinga od vanile
- 6 kašika šećera

Priprema:
U pleh kojem se skidaju ivice poređajte piškote koje ste pre toga malo umočili u mleko.

Priprema I fila:
Jagode i šećer stavite da se kuvaju zajedno, a kada masa provri dodajte gustin razmućen sa vodom. Ovom smesom od jagoda premažiti piškote.

Priprema II fila:
Čokoladu i maslac rastopite na nižoj temperaturi i polovinu te smese nanesite preko ohlađenog fila od jagoda.

Priprema III fila:
U manjoj posudi pomešajte sa 8 kašika hladnog mleka sadržaj keseica pudinga, a preostalo mleko sa šećerom staviti na šporet da provri. Kada provri skinuti sa vatre i uz mešanje dodati razmućeni prašak za puding. Vratiti na šporet i uz neprestano mešanje kuvati još neka 2 minuta.
Vanilu premažite preko drugog ohlađenog fila, odnosno čokoladne glazure. Ostavite da se ohladi, pa zatim na ohlađeni fil od vanile dodajte drugu polovinu glazure od čokolade i lepo je premažite.

Dekoacija
Prilikom serviranja svako parče prelite prelivom sa ukusom jagode i dodajte neki zeleni listić radi lepšeg izgleda.

Cake with ladyfingers and strawberries

Yesterday I was worth and I was interested in making a beautiful cake that is is perfect for those who love strawberries ,especially lovers of Capri ice cream.

Ingredients needed:
- One package of ladyfingers (210 gr)
- 200 ml of milk for dipping

I filling:
- 500 gr of strawberries
- 150 gr of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 100 ml of water

II filling:
- 200 gr dark chocolate 
- 100 gr butter

III filling:
- 800 ml milk
- 2 vanilla pudding
- 6 tablespoons sugar

Preparation:In the pan order ladyfingers which you have little dipping in milk.

Preparation I filling:
Put strawberries and sugar to cook together, and when it boils, add cornstarch weight diluted with water. This mixture of strawberries pour over ladyfingers.

Preparation II filling:
Chocolate and butter melt at lower temperatures and a half and apply the mixture over the chilled strawberry filling.
 

Preparation III filling:
In a small bowl and mix with 8 tablespoons of cold milk pudding bag contents, and the remaining milk with sugar to put on the stove to boil. When it boils remove from heat and stir add the whisked custard powder. Back to the stove and stirring constantly cook for some 2 minutes.
Vanilla coating over the second cooled filling, chocolate glaze. Allow to cool, and the chilled filling of vanilla, add the other half of the chocolate glaze.
 

Decoration
When serving each slice Pour over sauce with strawberry flavor and add some green leaf for looks nicer.
 

P.S. If you enjoy the taste of this beautiful and simple cake, you need not wait until season fresh strawberries, you can use frozen strawberries.
